Wordtracker SEO Blogger is Live

Those of us with contacts in the SEO industry have known for a while that Wordtracker was about to release a new Firefox extension that will revolutionise the way we find and add keywords to our blog/website posts and articles.

On my seo blog WebSeo I am using this new Firefox addon to optimize this post. Basically, the Wordtracker SEO Blogger addon lets you find competitive keywords and then shows you how many times you have used those keywords in your posts and articles.

It’s automated blog seo at it’s best.

To automate blog seo is as simple as writing your post and use the keywords Wordtracker SEO Blogger has suggested. As an seo company blog posts need to be search engine optimized to the max.

As an example, I wrote this blog post using 7 keywords Wordtracker suggested:

  1. blog seo
  2. seo blog
  3. automate blog seo
  4. automated blog seo
  5. seo company blog posts
  6. seo and blog
  7. Wordtracker SEO Blogger

I havn’t given this new firefox addon a real workout, but time will tell if it has really assisted me.

I will keep you informed. If you want to download this free Firefox addon for your self, click this link: Wordtracker SEO Blogger addon for Firefox.

…and give me your feedback.

My Google Friendly Backlink Technique

Backlinks that Google will love you for are easier to get than you may think. Taken from my Google 101 ebook

There is no easy or sustainable way in order to solve this but for one. The really only good way to ensure that your site gets linked is to ensure that it contains good content. For any site on the Web, incoming links are very important, especially for Search Engine Optimization. In fact, you may find that this is the hardest part of SEO for you to implement.

But many people have found that incoming links are less important, especially where you have more specific and unique content on your site.

* A fantastic resource I have been using successfully for more than a yearis Jonathan Legers 3WayLinks. Basically what happens is that you will have up to 250 oneway links to your website. You do however have to put a links page up which will have up to 250 outbound links. Not a bad thing. Google gives a lot of weight to outbound links. This system is very cheap and a breeze to setup. All the links and domain added to this system are approved and monitered by actual humans. My results have been more that satisfactory, with more than 677 page one results for my network of websites. Well worth the money.

Make your website accessible to everyone including Google.

This is as important as all things previously mentioned. It is important that you make your site accessible to those who are visually impaired; as this will help search engine robots find their way around it also.

It is important to remember that Google is blind, so even if you are not bothered whether blind people use your site or not (which I all should be in today’s world); you still need for it to be accessible.

What this means is that you should use real headings, paragraphs and lists, and avoid using anything, which may interfere with the search engines spiders.

Be Careful when making a Website Submission to Google
Although this is often overrated, submitting your site to directories and search engines can actually be useful. This is especially important if the site happens to be new and has not as yet been picked up by Google and many of the other search engines that are around.
But if you do want to look at submitting it to some directories, you may want to consider using Yahoo Directory and Open Directory Project and some directories specific to your topic. For example, if you have a blog, try submitting to http://www.blog-connection.com/submit-blogs.htm

But you will need patience, as it can take several weeks for any submissions to be processed unless you pay for it to be listed.

Do not try to fool the Search Engines. Never use cloaking, link farms, keyword stuffing, alt text spamming or any other dubious way to fool the SEs’. Although they may work for a short time, you not only risking getting your site penalized, but it could actually be banned from search engines altogether.

As search engines like their results to be accurate, they just do not take kindly to people trying to trick them. So be warned!

How To Add Your Website To Bing

add-url-bingRecently MSN has been beta testing it’s new search engine Bing. Bing is destined to replace the old MSN live and Microsoft are hoping that their new search will propel it to the top in the search engine wars. And after a very short time Bing is showing encouraging movement up knocking Yahoo off at number 2 in a number of countries.

So having your website ranking well in the new MSN Bling has never been more important. So how do you submit you website to Bing?

Well, just like the old MSN search, Bing is a very simple process of logging into the Bing Webmaster Centre using your Windows Live account details.

You will then be asked for 3 things:

  1. Your website address. eg www.yourdomain.com.
  2. The xml sitemap address www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml or www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
  3. Optionally you can also give Bing your email address. I didn’t but you maywant to.

Once you have submitted your website to Microsoft Bing their crawler bot will visit your site to make sure its real and then will visit daily or weekly, slowly indexing every page.

To date I have received more than 10,000 unique (new) visitors for Bing. To get your website submitted to Bing you will need a Windows Live account. And then you can go to the Bing website submission page.

Leave a Blog Comment

Everyone knows that I particularly like leaving my comments on other blogs that ae related to mine. Infact I do it everyday and will get withdrawal symptoms if I havn’t left at least one helpful blog comment.

I have found heaps of helpful tools to make my blog commenting easier. My favourite Firefox addon “Easycomment” has made the mundane process of adding name, email and url a breeze. But, leaving blog comments to help boost your website ranking is still a pain in the bum. That was until yesterday!

Yesterday, I got an email from Edwin Brian from Edwinsoft about a piece of software he has just developed that will revolutionise my blog commenting chore. Edwins’ salespage said that his new software Blog Comment Demon makes finding quality, high PR, nofollow blogs easier and faster than any other method on the internet today.

I am not a friend nor related to Edwin and I don’t really know him that well, but I have certainly heard of his other successful SEO software applications. Sometimes I will look at applications from people I dont’t know just to see what they are raving about.

Well, i was pleasantly surprised by Edwins software. It really does do what it’s sales letter said it will do. “Find Unlimited Supply Of High PR Backlinks From Quality Blogs… All Done In Minutes!” and you have total control of the blogs you want to comment on. Here are just a few of the things you can fine tune Blog Comment Demon to search for:

Page Rank

  1. Niche
  2. nofollow or dofollow links
  3. how many comments are already added
  4. how many outgoing links are already on the page
  5. domain tld (great for trying to find those .edu links)

Plus there are many more ways you can fine tune you search.

When I purchased the Blog Comment Demon I was almost praying that this software would make blog commenting fun again and God smiled at me. It really does do what they say it does.

I did a search for “body building supplements” and got back around 600 results. I then filtered it to edit out blogs with a PR lower that 2. I then filtered out any websites with less that 3 comments and only wanted blogs with “dofollow” hyperlinks. I was left with 374 blogs I could comment on.

Oh yeh, there is a fantastic tool built into Blog Comment Demon. In the sidebar you can fill in the form, as you would in easycomment with your name, email address and url. Then when you want to leave a blog comment you click fill and it fills the blog comment form on the blog automatically. Very, very cool!

You can then select as many blogs as you want and load them into the browser with each blog loading inside its own tab. Then you click on a tab, read the topic and then leave comment. The software then marks the post as commented for future record. If and when the comment is approved, you will see a tick in the comment approved box. How cool is that?

Okay, I have raved on enough about this software. You are probably thinking I am trying to sell you something? I probably am, but I really do like Blog Comment Demon and would suggest anyone who has read this post all the way down here, should buy it. If you do want to buy it, here’s the salespage: Blog Comment Demon
