Best Backlinking Technique

Getting a position 1 to 7 on the first page of a search engine search query is what all webmasters and blobmasters want. Page 2, 3 etc etc is a waste of space. Infact I have laughed my b_lls off after reading an ebook published and sold by some big name SEO guru spruking that you will make money from your site if it comes within the first 20 search results.

B_llsh_t! You will not make any decent money if a link to your website doesn’t fill anyone of the positions from one to seven. I have tested this and position one obviously gets most of the traffic, but postions 3,4 and 7 get the most conversions. I guess position one will get curious looks, while position 2 is bypassed because people think that position 2 will be the same as position one.
