When you press
Control+x to run the macro, you may get this error message,
"The macros in this programs are disabled. Please refer...."
If you get this, you need to change your macro security settings:
1) In Word, go
to Tools>Macro>Security...
2) Set to "medium"
3) Close down Word and then reopen it
4) When prompted, click on "enable macros"
5) Run the macro again. When you're done, I suggest setting your security
settings back to how they were originally.

When you run the
macro, you may be asked: "Word has finished searching the
selection. "X" replacements were made. Do you..." Click "yes"
every time
it asks you this.
DO NOT SAVE THE WORD FILE WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED WITH IT!
